Angel Heart Teachings is created to be of service for individual who share in the Recovery experience. To provide information and resources', to assist all who want to seek ways to discover, their values, beliefs and courage. To learn to eliminate the limiting beliefs that hold you back from creating the life that you have always dreamed of. The spiritual principles of Recovery, when practiced can be a life changing journey to the joy and happiness we seek as alcoholics and addicts. The programs developed  here allow you to investigate oneself,  who you are, what your authentic self is and can be. We are a product of what has molded us through the years,  our life experiences. As history has taught us and we so seldom accept and learn, is that we are the creators of our own life. Each person has their own individuality born from within. Each of us has in our hearts and in our souls a purpose of why we are here... As is so often said," the teacher appears when the student is ready" and a student only receives what he or she is ready for. As was taught to me in my Recovery journey is that when we become clean and sober the only thing we need to change is everything. So with this in mind I believe in re-writing my agreement with life. To re-invent myself through working the spiritual principles of a 12 step program. I invite you to you to actively work a program have a sponsor come to the decisions that will best serve you.

Through actively working a 12 step program, I have discover my truth and authentic self and develop a plan of Inspired Action to move myself  out of the old patterns and limiting beliefs and become a Registered Addiction Specialist certified  in my state. Attracting into my life what it I was seeking in a clean and sober life in Recovery. This site is developed to serve and provide continuing care for all members of the Recovery Community.

Angel Heart Teachings also offers programs and workshops around the country in Inner Meditation, a holistic healing modality that addresses both a Physical/Mental Emotional and Spiritual  Awareness. As well as workshops on The Work of Byron Katie. This work stops the struggles that we all have with judgments of ourselves and others. As well as working to bring ourselves in alignment with unconditional love, accept the reality of "what is" and keep limiting beliefs from holding us back from being the true authentic ones that we are. To Thy own self be true.

I believe that living life on life's terms is not always the easiest thing to do, and no one can to this thing called Recovery alone.
